IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR VALLEY VISIONS
• Please wear stable shoes as Venue grounds in places are uneven (or bring a pair of flats/flip flops/sandals to change into as night goes on)
• Although there will be several heaters at the event, for later in the evening, it is advisable to bring a cozy coat or sweater.
• Ticket Check in at Event Venue will have your name(s), and drink bracelets if purchased.
• Please check-in to be stamped for your Ticket, and if you purchased a Drink Bracelet, it will be put on at that time.
• Drink Bracelets ($50) and Drink Tickets ($8) may also be purchased at Check in table.
• If you purchase a Drink Bracelet, you are set for the night, just show the Bartender your bracelet to be served.
• If you prefer to purchase drink tickets, one ticket = one drink. They are $8/drink, no matter the type. Present one ticket to Bartender per drink.
• For last minute Auction bidding, computers will be available near Check in for bidding.
SHUTTLE
One 12-15pp shuttle will be running all night – enjoy your evening being chauffeured to and from!
If you are driving to event, there is street parking only along Arroyo Rd – NO PARKING at event venue*.
First shuttle starts at 4:45pm and begins along Railroad Dr. in Woodacre directly next to Post office.
5 stops – all marked with Valley Visions Shuttle Stop sign
Stop 1 – On Railroad Dr. – Next to Post office (first shuttle at 4:45)
Stop 2 – Middle School /Gym & Loft Parking Lot (bus loop)
Stop 3 – Forest Knolls Marin Tack n Feed – parking available across the street
Stop 4 – Event Venue – 9 Alamo Way, Lagunitas, CA
Stop 5 – Lagunitas Store
THEN Shuttle Circles Back
• Shuttle will be actively circling Shuttle stops from 4:45-7:30pm. Then will wait at venue drop off at top of driveway for rides back.
• Shuttle will pull all the way up Venue driveway to allow guests to exit at Venue ticket check in.
• If you do park along Arroyo and want a ride up, either wave down the Shuttle driver as they are going by (they will stop if not full) or please walk to the Venue driveway entrance at bottom of Venue and wait at gate for a ride up. Otherwise, you are more than welcome to walk up.
There will be 3 Directional signs placed close to the venue:
1. At the turn on Sir Frances Drake Rd and Arroyo Rd.
2. Where you turn left on Arroyo Rd, when Arroyo Rd and Barranca Rd split
3. At Venue Entrance, a couple homes down on the left from the Arroyo/Barranca split – 9 Alamo Way, Lagunitas
