Features local food, music, art and family fun in beautiful West Marin
May 3rd from 2pm-6pm at the Lagunitas School’s Upper Campus (1 Lagunitas Road, San Geronimo, CA) the school community will host a spring Festival that is open to the public and all are encouraged to join the fun. This year’s theme is “Bugging Out” and the event promises to be an outpouring of local music, food, art, games, crafts and more.
The “Bugging Out!” theme was selected this year to celebrate our favorite local insects and the role they play in our natural surroundings. The event promises to be, in true Lagunitas spirit, a zany celebration of community in an unpredictable world. In addition to past favorites like the cake walk, indigo dye, carnival games and raffle, this year will also include an “eat bugs” challenge, featuring edible bugs, and a “craft-your-own-wings” section. Proceeds from the festival will support arts and enrichment programs at the school.
We hope to see you there!
