LEAP is going to be ringing in the New Year toasting our parent body and staff on the tremendous success of the pledge drive. Thanks for seeing the need and stepping up! We know it is utterly confounding that our kids attend public school, not private, and yet we are all asked to donate money for our kid’s education.
We also know for some families giving is super easy, while for others that is not the case. Whatever you give it is always greatly appreciated. Because of you our art and music programs and aides are able to continue enriching our kid’s educational experience. As we don’t see a change in the amount of state and federal funding happening anytime soon, our goal is to have 80% participation in pledge by the end of this school year. We are getting there.
Please come celebrate our district’s awesomeness with us on December 16th at our Holiday Give Back Night with local band, North Shore Railroad, at the Papermill Creek Saloon. Also mark your calendars for Valley Visions on April 29, 2017. We’ve got a new venue (it’s amazing), rad dj and a super fun theme. Don’t miss it!
